In addition to the fee, allow for the purchase of the reproducible plan (used to make the changes), shipping cost and
printing cost.

Once we receive your request for changes, we will provide you with a quote
in contract form advising you of the cost and how long it will take.
If it is acceptable to you and you wish to proceed
with the modifications, the contract will contain instructions of how to proceed. The following procedure will be explained
in the contract:
- A retainer fee of 50% of the total cost will be payable prior to scheduling.
- The designer of the plan will contact the customer to discuss the changes in detail immediately prior to making the
modifications.
- For moderate and complex changes, the designer will prepare preliminary drawings for the customer to approve.
- Once approved, the working drawings will be modified to reflect all of the desired changes. Every affected part of
the plan will be changed.
- When completed, the prints will be processed and shipped to customer. Balance of payment will be due prior to shipping of prints.
